Hello,
I am a wife and proud momma of our young son!
I have a love for fitness and nutrition but I also enjoy my fair share of Kawartha ice cream and homemade cupcakes…mmm! It’s all about BALANCE.

Winter and summer are no doubt my favourite seasons…during the summer months you’ll find me outside having bonfires, biking, quadding, spending time with my fam jam or relaxing on a patio with my girlfriends.
In the winter months once the snow starts to fall, I enjoy GTing and snowmobiling with my son and husband!
